Learnt the techniques of traditional project management within any organisation, that are supposed to be used in projects to maintain the right mix of Time, Cost and People to deliver the optimum quality of a project.
More than learning the techniques, it is important to understand thoroughly that the the most important factors to deliver a quality project are People, Time and Cost, and the next thing to understand are their relations to the project that impact the quality of that project.

His knowledge in the BI domain is excellent with fine technical skills. Being his colleague I have observed that he will always extend his help for both work oriented or moral support.
He started to work in the OBIEE development team and they delivered a number of challenging releases to the client on the Business Intelligence Reports development and RPD development. Then he took initiative to develop an automated ftp delivery mechanism that used to be performed manually thrice in a week, which could be integrated to OBIEE, as there was no direct mechanism for FTP from Agents in OBIEE. Later, he started to show interest in Big Data and then got pulled into another Big Data Project under the same client (TiVo). All in all, a good Team Player and technically sound.
My thoughts on topics of personal interest that I feel like sharing with all, as well as the knowledge I have gained over the experiences within the information technology industry.
A common question being asked by every organisation, may it be startup or giant. A big struggle to get to key decisions from exponentially growing data and plethora of tools available to process them. How to simplify?
The evolution of computers is a magnificent result of Mathematics and all Practical and Applied Sciences. But the whole thing was possible because we were able to inject the realization of TIME into a machine...
